Christina Zweigelt Rose 2019 -Ripe, fresh and summery, this beautiful rose of 100% Zweigelt is certain to satisfy. Aromas and flavors of strawberry, melon and cranberry pour out of its mineral-laden foundation, and six months on the lees help give the wine its generous texture.

Domaine De Cantarelle Cotes de Provence 2020
On the Domain there are many relics from Roman times. The Romans not only gave their name to the Provence, « the Provincia Romana », but they also brought the culture of the vine in early AD.
The Domain of Cantarelle was founded in 1974 and developed by the Dieudonné family in the 2000s to became the largest vineyard of the Coteaux Varois de Provence AOC.
The authenticity of the terroir, its colors, its perfumes, its landscapes immediately seduced Pascal Debon who became the owner of the Domain in 2017. A new adventure began with significant investments in the vineyard and in the wine making equipment for even better quality wines. The Domain is in the process of becoming certified as High Environmental Value (HVE).
The vines situated in altitude benefit from a clay and limestone soil and from good sunshine which allow the wine to preserve its freshness and acidity.
The violent and capricious wind of Provence, the Mistral, has a remarkable impact on the vineyard, it is very dry and protects the vines from attacks of moisture-related diseases.
Domaine Les Fouques Cuvee Tradition 2018Domaine Les Fouques Cuvee Tradition 2018
Domaine Les Fouques Cuvee Tradition 2018. This Rosé displays a wonderfully full fruited and fleshy appeal, showing more density and textural layering than many other Provence counterparts. The low intervention winemaking throws elements of funk and texture, adding to the profile of peach, melon and wild strawberries. An energetic wine, as Yves and I concurred.
Domaine Sainte Marie Cotes de Provence 2020Domaine Sainte Marie Cotes de Provence 2020
Domaine Sainte Marie Cotes de Provence 2020 is a blend of 40% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 15% Syrah, 10% Tiburen and 5% Carignan grapes all certified organic. Water like in colour with a pale salmon tinged outskirts. The fragrantly scented nose sees peach, raspberry and light musk aromas followed by some rose petal end notes. Delightful peach and raspberry fruits are very supple in their feel with intrusions of musk and stony mineral elements present on the crisp dry finish. Excellent intensity and depth with a long delicious aftertaste.

Pure Provence in style, this is a great all-occasions wine, and a first rate introduction to French rosé. Made and priced to over-deliver. From a riper vintage, this release is a little more fruit forward than usual, and that’s no bad thing. Full in the mouth and with an extra layer of juicy zestiness, classic strawberries and cream with a drop of mandarin juice, and a bittering, complexing finish, akin to the closing bite of a good gin and tonic. An easy wine to love and everything it should be – refreshing, straightforward, delicious and highly moreish!

Our philosophy is to orientate our daily work towards the permanent search for perfect balance both in the vines and in the winery, so as to obtain the greatest of wines from the land.
It is this work, based on the principles of Bio-Dynamic culture that we invite you to discover here. No matter what season, we must observe, feel, listen to and taste (sometimes repeatedly in the day) to decide on the right day, the right time or the right action. From spring through to summer, from harvesting through to bottling, fermentation, de-vatting or maturing, each wine imposes its own rhythm. It is up to us to hear the needs of the wine and to allow it reveal itself so as its tasting is a magic experience to be shared.

“Light onion red, invigorating fresh pleasant fruit charm, raspberries, finesse-rich acidity, juicy on the palate. Summer feeling! ”
Our Zweigelt grows on nutrient-rich and warm loess soils in the not too hot areas of the Arbesthal hill country, in order to maintain the fresh fruit and a pleasant acidity. Carnuntum’s mesoclimate benefits from the influence of the Neusiedlersee (the warm Pannonian plain) and the nearby Danube. The lake brings warm air and thus the high ripeness and velvety tannins of the grapes. The cool winds from the northern Danube and also the low temperatures during the night preserve the lively fruit and charm of the wines.
