Antipodes Gin Co decided to create a gin unlike any other. Australia’s first certified organic and carbon neutral gin.
Inspired by the Sunraysia region and its sun-drenched citrus orchards, simple pleasures and the coming together of friends and shared moments.
Antipodes embodies us and our land we all belong to and it’s search for exciting combinations of flavours from our wild and amazing botanicals that are unique to our island and are free from chemicals and pesticides.
Distilled with 100% renewable electricity in our Canberra distillery, Antipodes Gin is infused with native Australian botanicals including Kakadu Plum, lemon myrtle, strawberry gum, aniseed myrtle and Tasmanian pepperberry.

Seacliff Vodka by Headlands Distilling Co. is a testament to passion and perseverance
The careful integration of modern technology with traditional distillation exemplifies Headlands’ approach to vodka craftsmanship. Every step is carried out in house, from milling the grain to fermentation and distillation. Seacliff Vodka is made from locally grown barley, which is traceable to individual paddocks. The result is an award winning vodka that is eloquently smooth and ready to be shared.
Grain to Glass
The fermentation is carried out cold, following a process similar to that used for crafting lager beer. This process takes much longer than traditional hot vodka fermentation, but results in a superior tasting product, free of many impurities that would otherwise form in a hot environment.
We offer a $5 discount on purchases when an empty Seacliff vodka bottle is brought back to the distillery. This is our way of encouraging sustainability and avoiding the need to discard the glass bottles after one use.

Headlands Distilling Co. started from humble beginnings. It was early 2015, and with nothing more than a collective goal to produce handcrafted spirits, four friends founded Wollongong’s first distillery. Despite numerous setbacks and unforeseen hurdles, the combination of scientific precision, engineering practicality and business perseverance prevailed. Initially we produced spirit for our whisky, as we knew it would be a long wait before it was ready. After barreling this spirit in 2016, a year later, we set to work on creating delicious Seacliff Vodka and a range of gins and specialty products.
The journey begins in the Riverina region of NSW, where our relationships with individual farmers allow us to trace the origin of our starting ingredients to the very paddock where they are grown. Freshly harvested grains are picked up directly from the farm and brought to the distillery in Wollongong. From these high quality Australian grains, we handcraft pristine alcoholic spirits.
We bring our fresh, can-do attitude into all aspects of the business. Our Seacliff Vodka represents the starting point, but Headlands is growing into a vibrant, forward-thinking company that creates an exceptional range of spirits from high quality Australian produce. 2019 saw the release of three new products which were also years in the making. Spirit of the Illawarra Plum- 9 months barrel aged. Boobialla gin, made exclusively from Australian native juniper and Daalgaal, gin steeped in Illawarra Plums for 6+ months.
2020 saw the release of our first Single Malt Whisky. Finished in casks which were seasoned with Seppeltsfield Rare Rich Apera and Rare Muscat. 2021 will see the release of the world’s first Illawarra Plum cask whisky, aged in ex- Spirit of the Illawarra Plum barrels!

The Grain to Glass philosophy is core to Headlands’ products, every step of the production process is done from scratch, from milling the grain, mashing, fermentation, distilling, filtering, bottling and labeling. It demonstrates our passion for ensuring purity at every stage of production. We start with the highest quality ingredients and pair them with our relentless pursuit of perfection. There is no room for compromise.
The locally grown barley is brought fresh from the paddock, directly to the distillery in Wollongong where we mill, ferment, distill and bottle our handcrafted spirits. We have complete oversight of a grain from the time it goes into the ground to the time it goes into a glass.

Karu Distillery was established in 2017 by husband-and-wife team, Nick & Ally. With the dream of creating a unique Australian small-batch spirits range, they wanted to push the boundaries while holding focus on the art & science of distillation. Since Karu’s emergence onto the scene in late 2018 we have earned several local and international awards, including a Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirit Awards within our first 6 months of production.

“Baikal” – the first Russian vodka, get a mark Organic. Before it appears fans of organic products were able to buy only imported organic alcohol. As part of an organic vodka no harmful substances, but only the components that were grown in compliance with all environmental regulations: in clean soil, using natural fertilizers. This product no preservatives, dyes and flavor enhancers. Therefore, the “Baikal” is made from 100% natural, organic products: natural water of Lake Baikal, ethyl alcohol from food raw materials, natural honey, and spirited infusions of pine nuts and pine buds.
Bottles of vodka and liqueurs “Baikal” are made on glass factories in the UK and their design agency Claessens International. Water for vodka “Baikal” mined at a depth of 500 meters, which no longer reach the sun’s rays, so no water algae and other organisms.
