Adega Eidos Padrinan Albarino 2019Adega Eidos Padrinan Albarino 2019 Founded in 2000 by local growers, Adega Eidos produces Albariño from grapes grown exclusively in and among the gardens of Sanxenxo in the parish of Padriñán, located at the southern extreme of Rías Baixas’ Val do Salnes subdistrict. The ‘Eidos’ (garden arbors) in Sanxenxo – 100 acres of which Adega Eidos owns – are traditionally trained, are almost always ungrafted, and are over 50 years of age.
Since 2003, winemaking has taken place in a winemaking facility of efficient and modern design overlooking Sanxenxo harbos. Selected bunches are brought the short distance in small crates, and are then sorted before the de-stemming, crushing and cold maceration processes. Natural yeasts undergo temperature control to achieve long fermentations and natural clarification, and the wines are left on their fine lees until bottling. Eidos de Padriñán is considered to be the primary wine of the larger estate, as it offers ripe and extracted Albariño fruit with clear mineral notes from the sea breeze and granitic soil.

Light and floral with peach flavor transitioning to apricot, pineapple and tangy nectarine. The acidity is bright, the structure light to medium weight with fresh mineral acidity and a kiss of peach cobbler crust and flakey vanilla-laced pastry on the finish courtesy of light toast French oak aging.
Cannonball California wines are sourced from select regions throughout California. The diverse microclimates, topography and soils provide the perfect palette to create wines that are complex, highly consistent, and a pure expression of the varietal.

At Ronadelles we produce wines for every occasion of your life, because the place is here and the time is now. We believe in your opinion, in your intuition and in what you like, because the best wine is the one that makes you enjoy each moment. This, along with quality, are our paths to follow.
We follow the biodynamic calendar and we respect nature. We love the vineyard and the land because it is part of us and because the result we obtain is the best prize: exceptional quality wines.
Biodynamic agriculture goes beyond ecological agriculture since, in addition, it also considers that the plant is linked to the expression of a Solar and Planetary System with particular impact on all life that develops on Earth. This type of agriculture highlights the importance of the relationship that the plant has with the whole energy system that surrounds it, i.e. the connection between the plant and the matrix of life.
The fact that our vines are in an environment of such limited extension, with several soil types and reliefs, makes it possible to produce different types of wines, always highlighting in each one of them its uniqueness and personality Following these principles, we create current wines, that look to the past and our grandparents’ way of doing things with pride. Attractive, fresh, perfumed, harmonious, exquisite wines… full of virtue.
For us the elaboration of wines is like breathing, which fills us, a passion… a romance. Which is why we consider ourselves fortunate.
The White Guineu d’Argent is a fresh, intense and fruity wine. Straw-colored with light golden tones. In the mouth it is elegant and voluptuous. We can define it as a white wine with a Mediterranean character.
It is a broken wine, due to the maceration of the must with the skins during fermentation. We can define it as an elegant and original wine. The antiquity of the vineyards, the fermentation of White Grenache with its skins and the careful work of vinification of the varieties separately have allowed the creation of an elegant blend of good aromatic intensity, where we not only find the main aromas such as apple and pear but in the background we can also enjoy some more exotic aromas such as peach and banana.

Pristine citric and stone-fruit aromas with a touch of mineral on the nose, ample body and texture with fresh acidity in the mouth, a crisp middle and long dry finish, with a hint of spice. The perfect introduction to dry Pfalz Riesling.
The Bürklin-Wolf estate is based in the Mittelhaardt, the quality core of Germany’s world-renowned Pfalz, around the towns of Wachenheim, Forst, Deidesheim and Ruppertsberg. Here with 85ha under vine they have the largest family owned wine estate in all of Germany originating in 1597, with a treasure-trove of superb vineyards, at the centre of which lies the great Kirchenstück. Here in the tiny village of Forst, Kirchenstück and its neighbours Jesuitengarten, Ungeheuer and Pechstein, have for centuries been recognised as producing not only some of the world’s greatest dry Rieslings, but simply some of the world’s greatest wines. In the nineteenth century, prices for these wines exceeded the prices paid for 1st Growth Bordeaux and Grand Cru Burgundy.
In 1990 Bürklin-Wolf began reviewing their vineyard holdings in the context of the 1828 Royal Bavarian Land Tax Classification and after years of exhaustive research they discovered that today’s top vineyards are exactly the same as those identified back in 1828. Today they have adopted a Burgundian model with four tiers: Estate, Village, PC (code for Premier Cru) and GC (for Grand Cru). Thus they are focussed on the production of dry, terroir-driven wines and no longer produce the Kabinett and Spätlese styles defined by the (still current) 1971 German Wine Law

Juicy perfumed wine with almost buttery notes of citrus, ginger, nougat and oats cut through with a zippy freshness.
‘Duckman’ comes from the English translation of the family surname (Pato means duck in Portuguese). And João Pato started to bottle the wine from his vineyards in 1970, becoming the first winegrower in the Bairrada region after its demarcation. Bairrada is a Portuguese wine region located in the Beira Litoral Province, south of Porto. The region has Portugal’s highest wine classification as a Denominação de Origem Controlada, and its popularity has surged in recent years. João Pato’s son Luis Pato inherited this nonconformist and pioneer spirit and produced his first wine in 1980, a pure Baga. Since 2018, the winery has been known as Duckman a.k.a João Pato with Luis’s daughter, Maria Pato (a.k.a. Maria Gomes) , at the helm. Guided by her love of the region and its varietals, she operates without the constraints of the standard Bairrada winemaking practices. Luis and Maria work from two main vineyards, less than 20 km from Portugal’s wild Atlantic coast, the predominantly sandy Amoreira da Gândara, and the chalky clay Óis do Bairro. The vineyards support both red and white varietals: Baga, Bical, Cercial, and Fernão Pires. Thanks to Duckman’s handcrafted wines crafted from indigenous homegrown grapes, this little known wine region of Bairrada is gaining increasing attention. Muito bem!
