Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards in Mango at 500 m above sea level. Fermented in French oak vats and aged for one year in Austrian oak barrels. It has a structure that gives it a lifespan of over 15 years. Light in body, well structured with fresh and dried red berries and a hint of rhubarb.
The Massimo Rivetti company with its 25 hectares of vineyards, cultivated entirely in the organic system, presents a range of both traditional and international vines. The annual production is about 100,000 bottles, mainly divided between Barbaresco and Barbera d’Alba. The plots are grouped around three farmhouses: Froi, Garassino and Palazzina. In the first, located in the municipality of Neive, is the winery located on the Serraboella hill, one of the most important for the production of Barbaresco.

Vineyards aged 35 to 75 with limited productions per hectare to maximize quality and enhance the characteristics of the terroir and the production area
